Yes, if you work from home, it may be possible for you to get a business package at a residential address. It will all depend on whether you live somewhere that’s covered by our network.

Yes, you’ll have to speak to your old provider about switching. This is not something we can do for you. If you’re worried about a loss of connection potentially causing major disruption to your business, you can run our broadband alongside your old service for a time. So, there’ll be no risk of being offline at any point.

We can only accept payment via direct debit from a current account or via bank transfer. We cannot take payments from savings or cash accounts. You’ll receive a bill on the same day every month, with payment collected five business days later. And your bill will be for the month ahead.

Yes, if you rent or lease your business premises, you will have to get permission from the building’s owner before we can install your broadband. Most landlords are delighted to have our full fibre installed as it increases the value of the property.

Once you’ve signed up for our business broadband, we aim to complete your broadband installation within 45 working days. However, this may be quicker if your business premise is on our live network, and we may be able to complete your installation within 21 working days.

Of course. Our 100% full fibre network is up and running over 99.9% of the time, handling the most demanding business broadband needs. However, if any unforeseeable outages should occur, our target fix time is eight hours. If we can’t fix your issue within four business hours, we will send you a broadband failure backup solution to keep you online.

If we don’t fix your service within 24 business hours, we will credit you one week for each day after this you don’t have service from your next month’s bill (limited to one credit per issue or associated series of issues). T&C’s apply.

This is not a traditional leased line service. However, our dedicated full fibre broadband connection provides speeds that exceed those provided by leased lines at a fraction of the price.

We can deliver our full fibre business broadband services in much shorter timeframes than leased lines, with much lower set up costs and zero Excess Construction Charges (ECCs).

Our packages include a small connection charge, which can be spread across the length of your contract:

£300 for a 12-month package

£200 for a 24 or 36-month package

£695 for all 10GIGAFAST packages

There is also a monthly rental fee. However, we do not charge for any build or excess construction charges.

Yes, we provide one static Internet Protocol (IP) address as part of your standard package price. You can purchase as many additional IP addresses as you may need.

We don’t provide a router as part of our standard business broadband package, but please get in touch if this is a requirement.

Absolutely. You can upgrade your package at any time without the need for new equipment. We aim to apply all upgrades up to 2.5 Gbps within 48 hours.

Sure, that’s not a problem. To request your mid-contract upgrade, email your account manager. Our Business Relationship Manager team are available Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm. 

From 1st April every year, we will increase the monthly price of broadband and additional services by 5%. If your contract start date is between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026, you will not be subject to this increase in the first year of your Contracted Agreement, but you will in all subsequent years of your Agreement. This excludes Ultrafast 150 Mbps, which is a fixed-term contract and is not subject to this annual increase.
