Our contracts are designed to be flexible and provide as much protection as you require from single items of equipment such as servers to complete and comprehensive network cover. All our contracts can be tailored to meet a two, four or eight hour engineer response time and include telephone support. Comprehensive Contracts: Offer complete cover for your network and protect your business against all parts and labour costs for the duration of the contract. These agreements offer usually offer the following features but can be customised to meet your individual business requirements:

•Telephone Support: Our highly trained engineers will provide telephone support in a bid to resolve the problem and get your system running again as quickly as possible.

•Fast, onsite response: An engineer will be onsite within or between 2 and 4 hours of a reported failure of critical equipment such as servers or network switches/hubs.

•Loan Equipment: We will provide loan equipment if the failed item is not repairable onsite. In the event of PC failure, a loan computer will be provided and data transferred to the loan and back again once your computer has been repaired.

•Remote Support: We will connect into your network from our head office in Burnt Oak, Edgeware (if the facility to do so exists) and attempt to resolve your faults. All Inclusive Contracts:

Telephone support, Remote VPN support, Onsite response, Loan equipment, Backup monitoring, fileserver resource and capacity monitoring, Service Packs and Antivirus checks, Provision and maintenance of the IT system, Monthly preventative maintenance, Anti Spam solution, Quarterly data restores, Installations of new equipment, Liaise with software vendors, Workshop repairs, Web database Warranty – liaise with suppliers or Manufacturer’s, Quarterly review.
